Hi, I'm Kathi

Welcome to my website.  I would love to see you on the mat for a Pilates class, stretch class and more. 

I have been teaching in the fitness industry for a very long time (since 1984) and still love every minute of it! The new normal of isolation prompted me to get classes online right away to serve my students and I'd love to serve you!
It is my passion to motivate my students to become fitter, pain free and enjoy the ride.

I believe wellness and a strong, energetic body is your birthright.  My classes will strengthen, lengthen and stretch your body to create uniform muscle development, freedom of movement and superior skeletal alignment.
